I understand that material I submit is not received in confidence, that it creates no confidential or fiduciary relationship, and that Pitch Play may already be working on or reviewing similar material. I confirm I own or control all rights in the material I will submit, and that submitting it does not breach anyone else's rights or any agreement I'm bound by. I understand that if Pitch Play takes the project forward they will invoice a non-refundable project consultation fee, that it pays for the review and written recommendation itself, and that it does not guarantee a build engagement will be offered or accepted.
